Tech Tips

In Microsoft Excel, you can enter the same data or text into multiple cells at once using the simple steps below:

  1. Highlight all the cells that you want to have the same text.
  2. Type the text you want.
  3. When done instead of pressing enter press Ctrl+Enter.

After completing the above steps, the text will automatically be entered into all highlighted cells.
