Friday, May 13 Due Date for Final Grades

For anyone who is teaching classes this semester please note that final grades are due Friday, May 13.

If you are withdrawing students from your class:
  • 42 (excessive absences) make sure you include the last day of attendance (LDA). 
  • 43 (no -shows) should have already been dropped from your rosters. If you are withdrawing a student as a no-show, never attended, please use the first day of class for the LDA. 
  • If you have a student who is attending your class but does not appear on your roster please send them to Admissions & Records,located in the Welcome Center, for assistance.
  • If you need to reinstate a student either complete a registration card and submit to A&R or send an email to pvccinfo@paradisevalley.edu, please include the student's name, SID# and class information.
