Tech Tips

The Human Capital Management (HCM) upgrade is scheduled to move into the Oracle cloud beginning Thursday, August 4, 7:00 pm and continue through 7:00 pm on Monday, August 8. HCM services will not be available while this maintenance is being performed. The first change you’ll notice with the new upgrade is the navigation menu. The commonly-used HCM functions–reporting time worked and absence requests–are still there, but you'll use a new navigation menu to access them. We encourage everyone to attend a training session. Multiple training sessions are offered at District and PVCC is hosting sessions on 8/2 & 8/15. Please see the attached schedule and registration info here. Canvas Corner

Did you know… you can restore deleted items from a Canvas course by adding “/undelete” to the end of your course’s URL. This trick allows you to view the last 25 deleted items from your Canvas course and choose what you would like to restore. Note: Question Banks are not able to be restored after deletion.
