Canvas Corner

What is Turnitin? It is the leading originality checking and plagiarism prevention service. Turnitin encourages best practices for using and citing other people's written material. Please click here for a video that highlights the advantages of using Turnitin inside of the Canvas and points out some things to watch out for. A quick walkthrough setting up an assignment and viewing student submissions in Feedback Studio and the Canvas gradebook is also shown. Click here for a Guide On a side note, a common error is setting a “Until” date in Canvas. If you set an Until date for the assignment, students will not be able to access the LTI tool to view their feedback after that date. Look for training sessions in the near future.
